Dr. Uwe Boll (Director/Producer) was born June 22, 1965 in Wermelskirchen, Germany. As a child, he produced a number of short films on Super 8 and video before beginning his studies as a film director in Munich and Vienna where he also studied literature, film and economics in Cologne and Siegen.
Since 1995, he has been a producer and director with TaunusFilm-Produktions
GmbH, Wiesbaden and Chief Executive Officer of BOLU FILMPRODUCTION AND
DISTRIBUTION GMBH since 1992.
