Mr. Gottwald is an acclaimed chef and restaurateur who, when not in Los Angeles, divides his time between The Ship's Inn in Nantucket, MA and Los Angeles. A licensed commercial fisherman, Gottwald catches Tuna, Striped Bass and
Cod for his Nantucket restaurant. Mr. Gottwald created the television pilot,
The Angler's Table, which combines two of his lifelong passions; fishing and
cooking.
